




**Operations Administrative Analyst** Work on developing action plans based on analysis of losses related to performance, quality, costs, and safety. Lead the execution and follow-up of employee training programs. Collaborate with various departments to contribute toward Operations’ strategic goals. **FUNCTION** * Conduct operational indicator assessments. * Collect data and structure KPIs. * Generate and report daily production KPI reports. * Prepare materials and lead the daily production meeting presentation. * Update charts, spreadsheets, and management dashboards. * Monitor the quality of production inputs. * Lead the opening and closing of internal input complaints (CAIR). * Review, revise, and maintain control of quality documents related to production. * Conduct internal process audits. * Collect, enter, and analyze SPC data from filling lines. * Collect data, perform root cause analysis, propose and implement corrective actions. * Revise production recipes based on received specifications. * Develop and execute the training plan based on the department’s Skills Matrix. * Comply with standards and procedures related to the quality, environmental, occupational health and safety management systems. * Apply 5S (sense of usage, order, cleanliness, health, and self-discipline) to eliminate waste and maintain an organized and clean workplace, as well as machines and equipment used. * Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor and/or in accordance with work process procedures and/or quality system procedures. **Requirements** * Completed High School Education * Basic Microsoft Office knowledge * Undergraduate studies in progress PPG pay ranges and benefits can vary by location which allows us to compensate employees competitively in different geographic markets.
