Job Summary: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on security and building automation systems, detecting, identifying, correcting, and reporting issues. Key Highlights: 1. Identify, diagnose, and eliminate faults in contract systems 2. Perform preventive maintenance and periodic inspections on systems 3. Maintain good customer relationships and support service delivery Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on security and building automation systems, including access control, CCTV, fire detection and alarm, intrusion and alarm, audio systems, to ensure proper operation and control, detecting, identifying, correcting, and reporting issues in installations and equipment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Identify, diagnose, and eliminate faults in contract systems; * Perform preventive maintenance and periodic inspections on automation systems according to the maintenance plan; * Conduct periodic backups of automation systems; * Assist in and implement solutions and improvements by installing, replacing, and configuring equipment relevant to systems covered under contracts; * Maintain control and records of activities using maintenance management software and KPIs; * Prepare technical reports for service calls, documenting executed activities as well as suggestions and conclusions; * Maintain good customer relationships and provide support, assuming direct responsibility for service delivery, feedback, and contractual routines; **Requirements and Qualifications** Technical education in Electronics, Electrotechnics, Electroelectronics, Mechatronics, or Industrial Automation is required. Knowledge of automation systems is desirable. Basic knowledge of electrical installations, networks, and Microsoft Office suite. Willingness to travel.
