We are seeking a committed professional to join this amazing team. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Prior experience in commercial, pre-sales, customer service, or operations areas; * Experience in process control, document management, and operational pipeline management; * Knowledge of corporate (PJ) and individual (PF) documentation; * Familiarity with digital signature platforms; * Proficiency in control spreadsheets, operational systems, and digital tools; * Basic understanding of credit and fundamental approval criteria; * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Persuasion and negotiation abilities; * Interpersonal relationship skills; * Organizational skills and sense of urgency **Responsibilities:** * Work in the pre-operational pipeline, ensuring agile progress of customers until completion of their first operation; * Request, receive, verify, and validate documents from customers and representatives; * Maintain constant and strategic contact with customers and representatives, guiding pending stages to completion; * Organize and manage schedules for video calls, meetings, and formalization processes; * Monitor and control contract signatures on digital platforms; * Update spreadsheets, systems, and tracking tools for the pipeline; * Act proactively to resolve bottlenecks, reduce conversion losses, and accelerate processes; * Support prioritization of customers with higher operational potential; * Prepare progress summaries, indicators, and status reports for follow-up meetings; * Collaborate closely with Commercial, Credit, Registration, and Operations teams to ensure process fluidity and alignment; * Contribute suggestions for continuous improvement in pre-operational workflows and customer experience.
