With a specialized team, it seeks to optimize processes and develop talent within organizations. **Responsibilities:** Will work for an engineering company developing projects in the field of influents and effluents, performing the following functions: Operate mechanical lathes and milling machines, both conventional and computerized (CNC), to machine parts and components according to project specifications. Interpret technical drawings and schematics, ensuring parts are produced with precision and within required tolerances. Adjust tools and machine parameters—such as speed, feed rate, and cutting depth—for lathes and milling machines, according to job requirements. Perform machining operations including drilling, tapping, turning, roughing, and finishing of metallic or other material parts. Measure and inspect produced parts using measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, templates, etc., to ensure compliance with quality requirements and specifications. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on used machines and tools, keeping them in good working condition and correcting failures when necessary. Follow occupational safety regulations, using appropriate PPE and ensuring a safe working environment for oneself and colleagues. Monitor and control production progress, ensuring optimal part processing time and achievement of production targets. Previous experience as Maintenance Mechanic, Maintenance Technician, Mechanical Technical Assistant, or Junior Mechanical Engineer may indicate suitability for some activities of this position.
