Contribution to process efficiency **Position Objective** Provide administrative support to operations, ensuring organization, information control, support for operational planning, performance indicator tracking, and equipment workflow management, contributing to internal process efficiency. Main Responsibilities * Organize and plan **external service routes**, deliveries, and pickups; * Support **planning, control, and monitoring of preventive maintenance**; * **Track and monitor equipment returns**, ensuring registration, verification, and status updates in the system/spreadsheets; * Develop, update, and monitor **weekly operational indicators**; * Create, maintain, and organize **operational and administrative control spreadsheets**; * Perform **administrative collections** and track pending items; * Process **invoice entries** and verify documents; * Support **monthly closing** (verifications, controls, and reports); * Address and execute **administrative requests related to operations**; * Organize physical and digital documents; * Facilitate communication among departments involved in operations (technicians, logistics, finance, and suppliers). Requirements * Completed high school education (preferably pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields); * Intermediate proficiency in **Excel/Spreadsheets**; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of priority; * Strong communication skills, responsibility, and proactivity; * Aptitude for administrative systems and routines. ⭐ Advantages * Prior experience in operational administrative routines; * Experience with **equipment, logistics, or asset control**; * Knowledge of performance indicators (KPIs); * Experience with management systems (ERP).
