Responsibilities: * Assist with daily operations of a cosmetics and perfumery store; * Provide courteous and efficient customer service; * Organize and restock products on shelves, ensuring the store remains clean and well-organized; * Participate in training programs and internal development initiatives to enhance professional skills and product knowledge; * Contribute to achieving sales targets, consistently striving to exceed them. Skills: * Prior customer service experience, preferably within the cosmetics and perfumery segment; * Basic knowledge of cosmetic and fragrance products is a plus; * Strong verbal communication skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail.
