We are seeking a **Unit Manager with a Nutrition background** to lead operations, ensure service excellence, and foster an organized, safe, and efficient environment. **Key responsibilities:** **Production Management** Plan, coordinate, and ensure meal production according to the established menu. Ensure food quality by monitoring taste, temperature, presentation, and nutritional standards. Manage inventory and supplies control, including procurement, storage, expiration dates, and movement. **People Management** Lead kitchen and service teams, promoting a collaborative and productive environment. Train and develop staff in hygiene best practices, food handling, and customer service. Develop work schedules and organize shifts to ensure operational efficiency. **Quality Control and Food Safety** Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and good practices (e.g., HACCP). Conduct internal audits and monitor sanitary inspections. Ensure facility cleanliness, organization, and proper pest control. **Desired profile:** Nutrition degree (active CRN). Experience managing food service units. Leadership-oriented, organized, and results-focused. Knowledge of food safety and quality control. **Advantages:** Experience handling high-volume production.
