Responsibilities include: Providing customer service, ensuring responsiveness and quality; Managing customer records and verifying orders according to commercial parameters; Finalizing and validating orders in systems (CRM and ERP); Monitoring the order lifecycle from quotation to delivery; Requesting product samples and supporting commercial demands; Providing support to representatives and the after-sales team; Preparing departmental reports and spreadsheets; Supporting administrative and operational activities related to the role. This is a full-time position requiring on-site presence in Imbituba. **Qualifications** **Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Commercial Management, or related fields;** * Experience or exposure to commercial activities, such as customer prospecting and supporting area management; * Customer service skills, with emphasis on quality, responsiveness, and satisfaction; * Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with capacity for clear and effective interaction with customers and team members; * Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); * Basic understanding of taxation; * Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes; * Familiarity with food quality and safety standards will be considered an advantage; * Proficiency in commercial writing and assertive communication; Proactive profile, with a sense of urgency, organizational skills, and results orientation.
