





**Candidate Requirements:** – Experience in customer service, support, or technical fields; – Ability to quickly interpret problems/needs and identify workarounds; – Profile: investigative, dynamic, proactive, with interest and aptitude for learning; – Strong writing skills; **Preferred Qualifications:** – Database manipulation knowledge; – Prior experience in logistics and healthcare is a plus; **Responsibilities and Duties:** – Provide customer support via help desk system or telephone, addressing customers promptly, courteously, concisely, and professionally, always aiming for full customer satisfaction; – Analyze incidents and service requests to gather evidence supporting root cause identification; – Monitor and update ticket statuses while maintaining communication with users; – Stay current on system version updates; – Validate new features, enhancements, and system bugs; – Perform other duties inherent to the position or as assigned by the immediate supervisor, provided they align with the candidate’s knowledge and experience.
