Leadership development, communication skills, and people management **Main Responsibilities** Support the Partner Director in strategic, tactical, and operational routines; Assist in process analyses, operational performance indicators, productivity, and efficiency assessments; Participate in continuous improvement, standardization, and process optimization projects; Conduct technical surveys, operational diagnostics, and logical scenario analyses; Work onsite, observing operations, construction sites, technical teams, and suppliers; Prepare reports, presentations, and analyses to support decision-making; Participate in meetings with internal departments and clients, developing a systemic business perspective; Support schedule, cost, risk, and quality management; Develop leadership vision, communication skills, and people management capabilities throughout the program. **Mandatory Requirements** Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Production, or related fields); Strong logical and analytical ability; Proactive, energetic profile with a sense of urgency; Good verbal and written communication skills; Ability to learn quickly, ask questions, and propose improvements; Full availability for work hours when required; Willingness to travel frequently; Knowledge of Power BI; Advanced Excel proficiency; Genuine interest in progressing toward a leadership position.
