




Job Summary: A tax/accounting professional responsible for journal entries, reconciliations, tax calculation and payment, tax closings, and operations within government systems. Experience with ERP systems and tax, accounting, and financial modules **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Receive incoming invoices for goods and services, record them in the ERP system, and allocate taxes in accordance with tax legislation. * Import transportation document data into the system, verify amounts, and release them to Accounting. * Reconcile aggregated driver and employee expense reports against petty cash balances, performing necessary adjustments. * Perform monthly ISS (Service Tax) closing per establishment and arrange for required payments. * Arrange for general tax payments (e.g., Income Tax, PIS, COFINS, INSS, FGTS, among others). * Verify and ensure accuracy of monthly tax closings in the system’s Tax, Accounting, and Financial modules. * Issue fiscal correction letters for invoices, in compliance with current legislation. * Operate and submit monthly digital files for government programs (SPED, DCTF, GIA). * Organize and archive process documentation, ensuring preservation and easy access. * Maintain company-provided equipment and materials. * Comply with Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety regulations. **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Accounting Sciences, Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience in tax/accounting areas. * Knowledge of tax legislation and tax routines. * Experience with ERP systems. * Knowledge of Tax, Accounting, and Financial modules. * Familiarity with ancillary obligations (SPED, DCTF, GIA). **Skills** --------------- * Organization and attention to detail. * Analytical ability and logical reasoning. * Sense of responsibility and adherence to deadlines. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Proactivity and problem-solving ability. * Ethics and confidentiality in handling information. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Department:** Tax
