This is your chance to bring innovative ideas and methodologies to make a difference in a company undergoing expansion—and together, drive impact at every stage of growth! **Does this role suit you?** **Responsibilities and duties** Provide basic technical support to users for hardware, software, network, and corporate systems; Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals; Support basic administration of computer networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, file sharing, and connectivity); Monitor and support Windows environments and possess basic knowledge of Linux; Support IT equipment inventory and asset control processes; Assist with opening, tracking, and closing technical support tickets; Support documentation of infrastructure procedures, assets, and configurations; Contribute to information security activities and good IT practices; Support internal teams with technology infrastructure-related requests; Support requests requiring technological knowledge across all company areas when requested; Other duties relevant to the role. **Does this make sense to you?
