Maintenance of sector quality and organization **Job Description:** ---------------------- Pick closed boxes; Apply labels; Ensure order completion; Sort pouches and replenishments; Ensure high-quality delivery of shipments; Finalize orders before releasing trucks; Keep the department, warehouse (CD), and computer workstations organized; Ensure compliance with established processes; Handle goods carefully to prevent damage; Assist in delegating tasks to the team; Support team training; Complete performance indicators; Submit daily production reports; Conduct meetings and DSS; Provide support to the supply department; Maintain company equipment with care; **Desired Qualifications:** -------------------------- 1–2 years of experience in the shipping department. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- YES **Work Location:** ---------------------- Tubarão **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Mon–Fri 1:30 PM – 11:09 PM
