With the "Company App", we offer a comprehensive and human-centered solution for people management, simplifying internal communication and transforming how companies engage with their teams. **What do we expect from you?** We are looking for someone who will be responsible for leading the evolution of strategic parts of our product, connecting customer needs, business objectives, and the team's technical capabilities. This person will: * Develop native functionalities using Swift * Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams to build scalable solutions * Ensure coding best practices, testing, and performance * Participate in technical decisions and the evolution of the app's architecture * Contribute to continuous improvements in the codebase * Support app publishing and maintenance on the App Store We expect someone with a product mindset, ownership mentality, pragmatism, and the ability to balance speed with quality in decision-making. **What should you have?** * Experience in native iOS development using Swift * Knowledge of mobile architecture (e.g., MVVM or VIPER) * Knowledge of SwiftUI * Experience consuming REST APIs * Familiarity with version control (Git) * Knowledge of UI/UX best practices within the iOS ecosystem * Experience publishing and maintaining apps on the App Store (a plus)
