Assess procurement needs based on project planning, monitor inventory levels, and forecast requirements to prevent stockouts and ensure workflow efficiency. Request quotations, conduct cost analyses, and negotiate commercial terms, always pursuing optimal market conditions. Monitor and control procurement costs, adhering to the established budget while identifying cost-effective alternatives without compromising product quality or delivery timelines. Ensure compliance with agreed delivery deadlines by tracking order status and resolving potential logistical issues. Collaborate on continuous improvement of procurement processes to enhance speed and accuracy in acquisitions. Enter invoices into Sienge and monitor and process registrations and updates of bank slips (DDA) and credit card statements for Group WS’s Procurement Department. Ensure all suppliers submit complete and compliant documentation as required by law, including invoices and purchase orders. Register and update supplier information in the system, consistently evaluating whether they meet the company’s and applicable legislation’s qualification requirements. Collaborate with Finance and Controller areas to support payment and billing controls. Provide input and jointly develop improvements with Finance, Planning, Budgeting, and Procurement (Inventory) teams to understand material, product, service, and related requirements and specifications. Maintain up-to-date procurement and order reports in the Sienge system and execute Procurement Department processes in an organized and accurate manner to achieve Group WS’s objectives.
