Monitor KPIs and propose continuous operational improvements **Position: Last-Mile Operations Leader** **Locations:** * Tijucas * Indaial * Caçador * Santo Amaro da Imperatriz * Itaperuçu * Toledo * Arapongas * Marialva * Medianeira * Rio Negro * Brusque * Gaspar **Job Mission** Ensure transportation operational efficiency by leading operational teams and guaranteeing adherence to pickup and delivery deadlines, productivity targets, quality standards, and safety regulations. **Main Responsibilities1\. Team Management** * Lead, motivate, train, and guide drivers, helpers, and operational staff. * Assign routes and tasks according to daily planning. * Monitor individual and collective performance. * Provide feedback and foster team development. **2\. Transportation Operations** * Supervise goods receiving, verification, sorting, and dispatch processes. * Ensure compliance with pickup and delivery deadlines (SLA). * Monitor vehicle loading and unloading. * Track route planning and route performance. * Handle incidents (losses, damages, delays, and returns). **3\. Operational Control and Metrics** * Monitor KPIs such as productivity, return rate, damage rate, on-time delivery, and cost per route. * Prepare managerial performance reports. * Propose corrective actions and continuous improvements. **4\. Inventory and Yard Control** * Monitor inventories and control volumes in transit. * Ensure warehouse and vehicle yard organization. * Minimize losses and operational discrepancies. **5\. Safety and Quality** * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and transportation legislation. * Guarantee adherence to company operational standards. * Promote a culture of safety, quality, and operational discipline. **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in **Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields**. * Prior experience in logistics or transportation operations leadership. * Knowledge of performance indicators (KPIs). * Basic/intermediate Excel proficiency. * Route planning knowledge is a plus.
