Salon planning and organization * Plan daily salon operations; * Organize and supervise the work team, ensuring compliance with company policies, staff working hours, ethical conduct, and team productivity; * Divide dining areas into sections, managing waiter and commis service by table; * Conduct tableside sales, monitoring and verifying whether waiters and other salon staff deliver effective and high-quality service; * Monitor and supervise bar staff operations; * Perform and oversee cleaning and disinfection of tables, utensils such as cutlery, plates and glasses, olive oil and seasoning bottles, napkin holders, etc.; * Conduct periodic inventory counts; * Deliver training and capacity-building sessions for the work team; * Place required supplies orders for the administrative department; * Prepare staff duty rosters; * Hold regular meetings with the work team; * Set sales targets and monitor their achievement; * Conduct and follow up on interviews to fill vacancies;
