




Job Summary: Provide service to cooperative members, identify their needs, offer financial solutions, and market products and services, performing operational and administrative tasks. Support to the branch manager and cash-related activities Serve current and potential cooperative members, identifying their needs, offering financial solutions, and marketing products and services. Also responsible for operational and administrative tasks—especially cash-related ones—such as payments, receipts, daily closing, support to digital channels, and custody of valuables, always in compliance with internal regulations. Requirements: **Main Responsibilities** Serving cooperative members (in-person and operational); Identifying business opportunities; Offering and marketing products and services; Prospecting new cooperative members; Supporting cooperative member portfolio management; Performing cash-related activities (payments, receipts, daily closing); Supporting the branch manager; Formalizing credit proposals; Collections and supporting delinquency resolution; Processing checks, bills, and payment agreements; Custody of checkbooks, cards, and valuables; Monitoring suspicious financial transactions; Recording cash transactions exceeding the current legal limit; Digitizing documents and processing ATM envelope deposits; Supporting internal and external audits. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields Flexibility options: Ongoing undergraduate studies: minimum completion of second semester (entering third); Technical course: two modules completed (entering third); Candidates from unrelated fields (e.g., Law): must be enrolled in a financial/cooperative specialization program, with at least three months of coursework completed. Experience in cash operations; Experience in financial institutions (preferably credit cooperatives); CPA-10 certification preferred.
