




Job Objective Responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities on equipment, machinery, refrigeration systems, and building facilities, operating tools and applying specific technical procedures to ensure that a group of restaurants remains in operational condition. Main Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on operational equipment and facilities, repairing or replacing parts and controls, using tools and specific technical procedures, aiming to keep a group of restaurant facilities in operational condition. Carry out building and civil maintenance at the restaurant, identifying irregularities, requesting quotes from specialized companies, arranging necessary approvals, and authorizing repairs. Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on the restaurant's refrigeration system and power panel, repairing or replacing parts using complex tools and equipment, in order to maintain power and refrigeration systems within legal standards and company-specific requirements. Interact with your work team, coordinating and providing technical guidance to employees, aiming at their professional development. Actively participate in all company training, integration, and communication programs through meetings, participation sessions, technical courses, and other events, aiming to maintain up-to-date technical and operational knowledge.
