




The **Building Maintenance Technician** is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the unit's facilities and equipment, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and guaranteeing comfort, safety, and optimal condition of the premises. **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, air conditioning, fire protection, telephone, and data network systems; * Conduct periodic inspections of building facilities, identifying failures and implementing corrections; * Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals to carry out tasks; * Perform low- and medium-complexity maintenance tasks such as replacing circuit breakers, power panels, hydraulic pumps, and motors; * Monitor and conduct tests on equipment such as air\-conditioning units, elevators, and generators, requesting specialized technical support when necessary; * Control the usage and replenishment of materials, tools, and equipment used in maintenance; * Supervise and monitor services provided by third-party contractors, ensuring compliance with technical standards and regulations; * Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in building maintenance; * Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and air conditioning systems; * Understanding of workplace safety and good maintenance practices. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * SESC partnership; * Telemedicine; * Bonus Job type: Full-time CLT Salary: starting at R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Maintenance management (Preferred)
