With over 750,000 installed devices nationwide and 12 branches across Brazil’s major state capitals, Simpress focuses on medium- and large-sized corporate clients. **What will be your challenges?** * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance, and installation of multifunction printers, thermal printers, notebooks, and computers on a rotational basis (multiple clients per day); * Provide on-site technical support for low- and mid-volume black-and-white and color printers/multifunction devices; * Diagnose low- and mid-complexity desktops and notebooks using manufacturer-provided tools.
