Job Summary: Driver/Operator of Stationary Concrete Pump responsible for driving, operating, and maintaining concrete pumping equipment to ensure high-quality and safe concrete placement. Ensuring safety and quality during pumping **JOB DESCRIPTION** Stationary Concrete Pump Driver or Stationary Concrete Pump Operator. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** · Drive the vehicle equipped with a stationary concrete pump to construction sites; · Assist in concrete placement — including holding the delivery hose, operating the pump, spreading concrete, and leveling concrete while supporting laborers; · Perform assembly, operation, cleaning, and disassembly of the stationary concrete pump; · Perform assembly, disassembly, cleaning, and maintenance of pumping materials (pipes, clamps, gaskets, and delivery hoses); · Ensure safe and high-quality concrete pumping in accordance with technical instructions; · Conduct daily inspections of vehicle and equipment conditions; · Support the technical team during concrete pouring activities; · Maintain preventive maintenance of the truck and pumping system; · Comply with company safety protocols and regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications:** · Valid and current driver’s license category **D or E**; · Prior experience as a truck driver or stationary concrete pump operator is preferred; · Familiarity with urban routes and construction sites; · Basic mechanical knowledge; · Availability to work on various construction sites, including locations outside the city. **We Offer:** Salary: BRL 2\.638,00 Meal allowance: BRL 27,50 (average BRL 550,00\) Overtime: BRL 600,00 average, approximately 30 hours per month; Production bonus based on volume of concrete transported: BRL 1.00 per helix and BRL 1.70 per m³ for slabs and floors (average); Operational bonus up to BRL 300,00 **Note: Total remuneration varies depending on dedication and performance; combined with meal allowance, it ranges between BRL 4\.000,00 and BRL 5\.000,00\.** **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Average of 02 overtime hours per day, plus additional hours on Saturdays when production is scheduled.
