**Tropa Bravura is recruiting!** Bravura Park is seeking new team members to work in security and protection of park operations, ensuring a safe, organized, and mission-aligned experience. **Position: Security Agent \| Tropa Bravura** On-site work in Tijucas – SC We seek professionals with professionalism, responsibility, and operational awareness to join our line of protection and support for park operations. **Key responsibilities:** * Perform preventive patrols and monitor park areas * Support visitor flow organization and safety * Prevent incidents and support park operations * Control access to internal and operational areas * Assist teams during emergencies and evacuations * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures * Maintain courteous conduct when assisting and guiding visitors * Support seasonal events and special park operations * Record incidents and report operational situations to leadership **Desired profile:** * Professional demeanor and sense of responsibility * Strong communication skills and emotional balance * Attention to detail, discipline, and operational agility * Ability to work effectively in a team * Preventive and proactive mindset **Advantages:** * Experience in asset security, access control, or monitoring * Background in parks, events, hospitality, or large-scale operations * Completion of a security guard course will be considered an advantage * Basic knowledge of first aid ***If you believe in discipline, belonging, and operational excellence, we want to meet you, recruit!*** Compensation: R$2\.500,00 \- R$3\.500,00 per month Work location: On-site
