Here, every detail matters—and you can be part of this story! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Identify products requiring inspection and inspect them at various locations throughout the production process; * Conduct laboratory tests; * Determine product release status during production; * Document reasons for rejection, recording them in the system or designated documentation; conduct 5S audits in assigned work areas; * Perform finished-product audits; review fabrics when applicable; * Provide guidance to production departments across different stages of the process; * Schedule and monitor external inspections per customer requests, when applicable; * Develop departmental quality indicators, when applicable, by compiling records and generating reports to support management reporting; * Request and monitor corrective action plans from departments responsible for non-conformities, when applicable; * Participate in training and development programs recommended by Human Resources; * Proactively monitor departmental indicators and ensure adherence to established methods. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Additional Benefits** * On-site Medical and Dental Assistance—supporting your health and well-being; * Sports Association—for family-friendly leisure activities; * Education Assistance—we support your growth!
