This could be your new challenge to **learn, grow, transform, and innovate**, with the opportunity to **develop your career** in one of the **leading companies** in the software industry in **Brazil.** **Come be part of this amazing company!** **Be a Benner!** **Responsibilities and duties** * Manage and ensure the Implementation Project of the system marketed by the company, according to the implementation methodology, leading the responsible team and guaranteeing the delivery of the contracted scope within agreed deadlines and costs; * Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, requirements, and constraints, managing the creation of the project charter and obtaining approval from involved parties; * Manage the development of the Project Management Plan containing activities, deadlines, necessary resources, associated costs, and risks; * Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders involved in the project, including the client, senior management, project team, and other interested groups; * Ensure the achievement of the company's revenue goals, ensuring project profitability; * Deliver presentations to clients and colleagues; * Promote Benner's excellence practices, complying with the guidelines defined in the Vision, Mission, and Values, aiming to maintain the company's image in the market in an ethical and responsible manner. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields; * Specialization in Project Management; Knowledge of agile methodologies; * Experience in managing system implementation projects.
