




Job Summary: A professional responsible for greeting patients, providing information, managing the delivery of test results, and maintaining workplace organization at the clinic. Key Highlights: 1. Greet and guide patients with excellence in service 2. Manage the delivery of test results and communication with patients 3. Ensure organization and maintenance of the workplace · Greet patients for scheduled services offered by the Clinic: request personal documentation, verify company appointment records, confirm patient preparation compliance, register patients in the system, identify patients for call-in, and authorize them for service. · Provide patients with information regarding test fees (private pay), instructions on preparation requirements, and guidance on all procedures they will undergo at the clinic, ensuring high-quality service and safeguarding the company's image. · Issue an invoice upon request from walk-in customers. · Deliver test results: receive the protocol, verify result release status via system or files, access, print, and record delivery confirmation. Communicate\-directly with the Reporting Department or examination rooms if results are not yet released; receive and deliver results or explain delay reasons to the courier and schedule a new pickup date. · Maintain order and cleanliness of the workplace, equipment, and tools; request maintenance services when necessary. Weekly requisition replenishment of area supplies: generate requests, obtain approvals, and forward to the Warehouse. · Monthly review of uncollected tests past their due dates; transfer such tests to the Archive pending delivery to the requester. Upon collection, request test dispatch and contact the patient to inform a date for result availability. Perform other duties related to the position as directed by superiors.
