Location: Blumenau – In-person Employment Type: CLT **What you will do:** Serve customers in person and over the phone, with friendliness and efficiency; Prospect new customers and strengthen relationships with existing ones; Make sales at the counter and over the phone; Create designs and materials for product promotion (if you are proficient in Canva, it's a great advantage!); Prepare contact reports and support commercial and administrative routines. **What we look for in you:** Experience in sales and customer service; Knowledge of Outlook and Excel; Excellent verbal and written communication; Advantages: experience in product promotion, design creation, and prior experience in a commercial or retail environment. **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (with 1-hour break).
