Job Summary: The Logistics Supervisor will be directly involved in daily operations, leading the team and ensuring organization, efficiency, and discipline in receiving, storage, inventory management, picking, and shipping activities. We are seeking a Logistics Supervisor to work directly in the branch’s daily operations, closely monitoring receiving, storage, inventory management, picking, and shipping activities, serving as a reference for the team and providing direct support to management. Key responsibilities: Lead and supervise the picking and shipping team on a daily basis; Assign tasks according to demand and priorities; Ensure accurate order picking in accordance with invoices, manifests, and established standards; Monitor the shipping process, including loading and goods release; Verify quantities, orders, and documentation prior to dispatch; Monitor deadlines, productivity, and operational quality; Directly address operational issues; Ensure organization, cleanliness, and safety in the shipping area; Enforce internal procedures and safety regulations; Serve as the liaison between the operational team and management. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed undergraduate degree; Previous experience in picking and shipping; Experience leading operational teams; Firm, organized, agile, and effective communication skills; Willingness to engage in hands-on, operational work. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Experience in distribution centers or construction materials; Basic knowledge of logistics systems or ERP software; Experience in cargo verification and loading. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- BOTH (CLT\+PJ) **PCD:** -------- NO **Benefits:** --------------- Meal Allowance R$500.00 Life Insurance Transportation Voucher Collaborative work environment with growth opportunities **Work Location:** ---------------------- RZ REZZADORI \& CIA LTDA \- MATRIZ **Working Hours:** ------------------------ To be agreed upon
