What do we expect from you? **Responsibilities** * Responsible for online implementation of 8Quali with clients; * Engage with clients to deliver excellent service; * Continuously maintain and evaluate implementation processes, proposing improvements when identified; * Strategically manage clients to ensure their satisfaction with the products and services provided by 8Quali; * Ensure that issues with 8Quali services reported by clients receive appropriate internal handling; * Validate usage before proceeding to subsequent stages; * Collaborate with the Project Manager on scheduling; * Identify risks of stalled progress and escalate them promptly. **Requirements** * Previous experience in training / implementation; * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree; * Proficiency in facilitating remote meetings; * Experience with SaaS B2B will be a differentiator; * Clear and objective communication; * Consultative attitude; * Results-oriented focus; * Process organization and discipline.
