Job Summary:
The professional will manage and organize Service Orders (SOs), control supplies, monitor teams, and support data consolidation and document management, ensuring logistical and administrative support for the contract.

Register, update, and organize Service Orders (SOs) executed by field teams.
Request and track purchase orders for materials, tools, and other contract inputs.
Monitor distribution and team performance.
Support data consolidation for monthly contract measurement.
Update scheduling spreadsheets and systems for service execution—from SO opening and scheduling through to closure.
Support operational indicator tracking (e.g., number of services, response times, team productivity, SLA compliance, etc.).
Organize technical and administrative contract documentation.
Maintain spreadsheets, internal systems, and contract-related managerial reports.
Control document, report, and measurement submission and receipt.
Archive documents.
Provide logistical support to teams (e.g., staff onboarding, PPE, documentation, access authorizations).
Generate monthly reports for contract measurement.
Support administrative requests from the contracting party.
Use of PPEs and engineering controls (EPCs).
Promote workplace cleanliness and organization, responsibility, and equipment care.
Maintain continuous communication with team leaders, contract coordination, and other hierarchical superiors.
Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
