Job Summary: Professional responsible for budget analysis, validation, and preparation, leading a team in management and delivery of results. Key Highlights: 1. Development and implementation of departmental processes and indicators **Job Description:** ---------------------- Responsible for analyzing and validating project quantities; Responsible for conducting preliminary quantity surveys; Responsible for developing the specific WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) for each budget; Responsible for preparing and monitoring the budget delivery schedule; Responsible for budget preparation, analysis, and maintenance (Parametric, Executive, and Operational); Responsible for budget entry and maintenance in the ERP system; Responsible for implementing and maintaining the company's cost composition database; Responsible for conducting budgetary studies to support technical definition for projects; Responsible for preparing the procurement schedule; Present the budget to the construction site; Assist and advise the construction site on budget-related queries; Responsible for creating departmental processes; Responsible for developing departmental indicators; Support other budget-related activities; Lead the team in management and delivery of results. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Postgraduate degree in related fields is desirable. Experience in civil construction projects is desirable; At least 2 years of experience in budget development for vertical multifamily residential construction projects. Familiarity with Mega ERP system is desirable. Familiarity with Prevision software is desirable.
