Job Summary: Professional responsible for developing graphic materials for online and offline initiatives, creating trade marketing materials, and designing visual identities for promotional and collection campaigns. We have positions available for people with disabilities. **Job Responsibilities** * Develop graphic materials for online and offline initiatives; * Create trade marketing materials: marketing emails, social media visuals, promotional giveaways, promotional campaigns, presentations, and other graphic projects; * Design visual identities for promotional and collection campaigns, participating in the ideation process and contributing creative ideas; * Develop visuals for the VM team, such as stickers, product tags, and communications for product rotation campaigns, etc. **Education** * Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, Product Design, Graphic Design; * Courses / Specializations; * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop); **Required Skills/Knowledge** * Adobe Creative Suite; **Professional Experience** * Experience working in marketing teams and advertising agencies; * Art direction, visual identity, branding, editorial design, graphic production, and prepress; * Video editing. **Organizational and Behavioral Competencies** * Creative; * Organized; * Agile. **Preferred Qualifications** * Proficiency in Adobe video editing tools (After Effects, Lightroom) is a plus; * Knowledge of advertising copywriting; * Familiarity with generative AI for images and videos; * Experience in the fashion industry. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Flexible Meal Allowance, Pharmacy Allowance, Dental Plan, Parking, 50% discount at Beagle stores ### **Department:** Beagle Headquarters Blumenau
