Job Summary: HR Consultant responsible for configuring, training, and supporting clients in using management systems, with deep knowledge of business rules and process improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Description: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Human Resource Management, Information Systems, or related fields; * Experience in payroll department routines and knowledge of social security and labor legislation; * Experience in people management routines such as training, performance management, etc.; * Experience providing support for HR management systems or implementing/configuring such systems; * Proactivity and focus on delivery; * SQL and VBA knowledge preferred.
