Every day, we have the opportunity to accomplish something new—and you can be part of it. **\#JoinVC** **Responsibilities and Duties** Lead operator, technician, and other teams involved in the production process, interacting with various industrial departments to ensure productivity and achievement of targets. * Ensure operational safety by promoting safety actions, standards, and procedures—raising team awareness and disseminating the culture of compliance with occupational health and safety norms, procedures, practices, and objectives; * Responsible for directing the entire shift team, ensuring all routine and emergency tasks are executed with quality and within stipulated deadlines; * Master operational concepts related to bagging machines; * Supervise co-processing activities regarding operations, quality, and raw material scheduling; * Identify improvement opportunities to increase equipment efficiency, reduce electricity consumption, raw materials, and other inputs, thereby lowering production costs; * Maintain equipment under your responsibility, ensuring necessary conservation actions and improvements are carried out in industrial facilities; * Supervise third-party activities, ensuring contractual clauses are fulfilled as well as required quality standards, internal norms, and procedures; * Monitor major equipment shutdowns at the Unit; * Monitor and analyze industrial equipment performance to implement preventive or corrective actions, avoiding negative impacts on productivity and proposing improvements; Assist in scheduling preventive or corrective maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment together with the maintenance department, to optimize or avoid unplanned stoppages; * Supervise corrective maintenance activities for industrial machinery and equipment; * Monitor and verify inventories of inputs, intermediate products, and finished goods, ensuring sufficient quantities exist to meet planned production targets; * Manage the team, ensuring training and boosting employee motivation, contributing to organizational climate improvement initiatives; * Develop procedures, work instructions, and control items; * Contribute to compliance with environmental and occupational health and safety regulations and policies, as well as maintaining the 5S program in the industrial area; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in **Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields;** * In-depth technical-operational knowledge, **preferably with an electrical focus;** * **Theoretical and practical knowledge of cement manufacturing processes;** * Basic understanding of **maintenance planning and control;** * Experience with **performance indicators**, production control, maintenance, and quality; * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite;** * Knowledge of **SAP system;** * Training in **failure identification and analysis;** * Experience in **people management;** * Knowledge of **inventory management.** **Additional Information** We value all forms of diversity and encourage you to learn more about this opportunity below.
