Description: Required: * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Experience working in rubber manufacturing process areas. * Knowledge of engineering documentation (FMEA, Work Instructions, Control Plans, APQP, Flowcharts) Desirable: * Knowledge of seals (oil seals, gaskets, O-rings) * Define and work on improving technical process specifications. * Analyze production feasibility, determine and monitor process validation tests. * Develop and release documentation detailing, specifying, and controlling production processes. * Determine and/or revise standard times and methods for production operations, providing support for efficiency analysis and cost control. * Research, identify, analyze feasibility, propose, and monitor implementation of improvements in production processes, machines, and equipment. * Conduct tool life analysis, suggesting maintenance or replacement as needed. * Lead projects for specification and installation of new equipment, systems, and manufacturing and packaging lines based on company strategies. * Prepare technical documentation (FMEA, work instructions, control plans, flowcharts, APQP, etc.). * Audit production departments to verify compliance with process specifications, reporting and implementing corrective actions in case of nonconformity. 2512150202201751703
