Process optimization and efficiency An apparel manufacturing and retail company is seeking a Logistics Assistant in Balneário Camboriú (Downtown). Toruss is a company specialized in technological solutions and innovation. We provide services aimed at optimizing processes and increasing our clients' business efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Manually enter orders in case of integration failure. Update order statuses in systems. Relay order information to the sales team. Perform picking and packing (sorting, packaging, invoicing, and labeling). Contact carriers. Monitor pickups and deliveries. Handle logistics incidents (delays, lost packages, and redeliveries). Receive goods from the factory. Inspect received products. Record inventory receipts in the system. Request components for production. Monitor orders in production. Conduct periodic inventory counts. Previous roles such as Logistics Assistant, Logistics Coordinator, Logistics Analyst, or Transportation Assistant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
