




CAZAH expects this professional to be responsible for producing sweets, desserts, cakes, pies, doughs, and other pastry products, following recipes, quality, hygiene, and presentation standards of the company, acting creatively and technically to ensure consistent, delicious, and visually appealing products. **Education and Experience** * High school diploma; * Previous experience in the role of pastry chef; **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare doughs, fillings, toppings, syrups, and other pastry preparations; * Produce cakes, pies, desserts, fine confections, artisanal and industrial pastries according to menu or special orders; * Decorate cakes and sweets, ensuring aesthetics, finish, and standardization; * Adjust recipes when necessary, maintaining flavor and texture standards; * Monitor baking times, refrigeration, and other specific pastry equipment; * Assist in developing new products and dessert suggestions; * Perform shelf-life control and organize supplies; * Maintain a clean work environment and follow food hygiene and handling guidelines; * Take care of equipment and request maintenance when needed; * Record production, waste, and request material replenishment. **Our Benefits** * On-site meals; * Performance bonus after completing 1 month of work; * Telemedicine after 3 months of employment; * Comfortable and welcoming environment with flexible hours. **Work Schedule** * Tuesday through Sunday from 08:40 AM to 5:20 PM.
