With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2,000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35,000 m² of sales area. **Responsibilities:** Supervise, train, and motivate the sales floor team, ensuring a collaborative and productive work environment. Ensure customers receive exemplary service and resolve potential issues promptly and efficiently. Monitor sales targets and develop strategies to optimize performance. Communicate price adjustments to respective department heads. Visit all departments and prioritize accordingly. Verify whether assigned changes and actions have been implemented. Manage and schedule employee working hours; manage and schedule departmental employee time off. Inspect store cleanliness and organization. Discourage horseplay, gossip, and side conversations. Maintain harmonious store layout and promote point-of-sale initiatives. Verify that all warehouse merchandise is displayed on the sales floor. Report stockouts to the commercial team.
