Key responsibilities: \- Conceiving new products and solutions, from ideation through to executive planning; \- Conducting technical, financial, and market feasibility studies; \- Defining product guidelines—including typologies, construction standards, areas, and market positioning; \- Monitoring market trends and proposing innovations; \- Translating customer and business needs into clear project requirements; \- Liaising with project, incorporation, construction, and commercial teams to align product strategy; o Structuring product roadmaps and development plans; \- Preparing and overseeing preliminary studies, ensuring alignment with project premises; \- Analyzing urban planning legislation and legal restrictions applicable to coastal development in Santa Catarina; \- Participating in interdisciplinary coordination to anticipate risks in execution-phase projects; \- Proposing improvements and standardizations within the company’s product portfolio; \- Overseeing cost management of the Project WBS (Work Breakdown Structure). **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Proven experience in product development; * Experience in feasibility studies; o Experience with discovery processes and product conception; * Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering; * Knowledge of urban planning legislation, construction parameters, and approval processes; * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Kanban) and product frameworks (Design Thinking); o Strong analytical capability and strategic business vision; **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- * Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels; * Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented profile. * Experience with SIENGE ERP. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- Contractor (PJ) **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- Ifood Benefits Card worth BRL 500.00, with options including Wellhub, Avus, and Starbem.
