Contribute to more accurate segmentation and campaigns We are seeking a **Junior Data Base Analyst** to support customer database management and evolution, ensuring data quality, organization, and reliability of the data underpinning CRM and marketing strategies. This person will play a pivotal role in structuring information, directly contributing to more efficient segmentation and more accurate campaigns. **Key Responsibilities:** * Update, organize, and maintain the customer database (CRM). * Ensure data integrity, consistency, and standardization. * Perform database cleansing. * Monitor incoming new data (registrations, leads, events, reservations). * Structure business-relevant fields and information (profile, behavior, history). * Create customer segments. * Support campaigns with qualified and targeted lists. * Identify clustering opportunities (e.g., families, lifestyle, sports, gastronomy). * Prepare databases for email, WhatsApp, and other communications campaigns. * Support relationship nurturing workflows. * Consolidate basic campaign and customer data. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields. Experience with marketing automation and journey management. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
