Contact and negotiate with suppliers to allocate and confirm orders. Review documents and orders received from suppliers, ensuring compliance with agreed terms. Monitor product commercial performance to meet inventory replenishment requirements. ️ Maintain up-to-date records of purchases, contracts, and documents related to the resale process. Collaborate with commercial and logistics teams to optimize product flow and customer service. Register and maintain updated supplier databases for resale products and raw materials. Actively participate in quality improvement programs, courses, training sessions, and other events, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Identify, propose, and contribute to implementing improvement initiatives. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Commercial Management, Economics, or related fields; Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles, preferably in procurement; Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong familiarity using corporate tools; Intermediate-level English, with ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in professional contexts; ️ Strong verbal communication skills, with clarity and conciseness when interacting with suppliers and internal departments; ✍️ Strong written communication skills, with ability to draft emails, records, and formal documents; Knowledge of Negotiation Techniques and International Logistics is desirable, adding value to procurement operations.
