We thrive on challenges and seek people who want to build careers and achieve results together with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Prepare, calibrate, and operate cutting machines; monitor parameters and quality; apply safety procedures to all tasks performed; Position the lay to be cut by actuating advance levers and adjusting height, speed, centering, and alignment as specified; Document activities in production control records for statistical process control, noting part references, updating tool layout diagrams, and recording machine maintenance occurrences. Perform necessary adjustments before starting the cutting operation; Verify pattern nesting prior to cutting; Remove cut pieces from the machine and sort them by size and lay, verifying the quantity of cut pieces; Forward non-conforming pieces for evaluation; Replace waste materials and weigh them via notation on the production order (OF) for proper recording; Carry out other equivalent-complexity tasks as required by the department/company; Fully comply with safety, quality, organization, and cleanliness standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** Completed high school education and/or currently enrolled; Relevant work experience; Experience in the textile industry. **Additional Information** On-site cafeteria, transportation allowance, pharmacy partnership, meal voucher, health plan, life insurance, and childcare assistance.
