Job Summary: Assist in preparing bread, savory snacks, and doughs while maintaining organization, and provide customer service and sales, adhering to production protocols and hygiene standards. Under multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2,000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35,000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing bread, savory snacks, and doughs by selecting and handling ingredients, processing food items, keeping them organized, visually appealing, and properly packaged according to established standards, following production schedules and protocols; additionally, provide customer service and sales by offering products, clarifying inquiries, and complying with rules, the Good Practices Manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and established goals. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to store sales through strategic product display and provide personalized counter service to customers; when necessary, guide customers on product types and derivatives; prepare, package, weigh, and deliver products to customers; Contribute to producing various bakery-related items by baking, frying, cutting, preparing, and packaging products, following production schedules and protocols, rules, the Good Practices Manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and established goals; Support efficient customer service by continuously restocking display counters and ensuring correct pricing according to pre-established rules and standards; Enhance departmental sales through attractive and distinctive product displays and strong customer relationships; Help reduce losses by correctly organizing displays per FIFO (First Expired, First Out) principles and producing forecasted quantities according to schedule, production protocols, and recipes; Monitor product appearance, expiration dates, and displayed prices through daily inspections; remove products with damaged packaging, expired items, or missing identification; Assist in receiving and transporting products, and prepare and store them in appropriate locations; Support inventory counts for stock assessments, controls, and audits; Maintain department, equipment, and utensil organization and cleanliness by performing daily hygiene procedures, and request equipment adjustments or maintenance as needed; Process customer payments at the bakery cash register when required; Support integration and orientation of new employees whenever necessary; Assist in related activities as needed; Requirements **Minimum Academic Qualification:** Completed elementary education Valid health certificate **Additional Information:** 100% in-person position **Work Location:** R.
