Job Summary: The professional will assist in preparing bread, savory snacks, and doughs—handling ingredients, organizing products, and providing direct customer service—while adhering to quality and hygiene standards. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing bread, savory snacks, and doughs by selecting and handling ingredients, processing food items, maintaining organization and visual appeal, and packaging items per established standards—following production schedules and protocols—as well as performing customer service and sales, offering products, clarifying inquiries, and complying with rules, the Good Practices Manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and defined targets. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Support store sales through strategic product display and provide personalized counter service to customers; when necessary, advise on product types and derivatives; prepare, package, weigh, and deliver items to customers; Support production of various bakery-related products by baking, frying, cutting, preparing, and packaging items—following production schedules and protocols, rules, the Good Practices Manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and targets; Enhance customer service efficiency by continuously restocking display counters and applying correct pricing per pre\-established rules and standards; Boost sector sales through attractive and distinctive product displays and positive customer engagement; Help reduce waste by correctly organizing displays according to FIFO (First Expired, First Out) and producing forecasted quantities per schedule, production protocols, and recipes; Monitor product appearance, expiration dates, and displayed prices—conduct daily checks—and remove items with damaged packaging, expired items, or missing identification; Assist in receiving and transporting products, and prepare and store them in appropriate locations; Support inventory counts, controls, and audits; Maintain sector organization and cleanliness—including equipment and utensils—by performing daily sanitation procedures and requesting equipment adjustments or maintenance when needed; Process customer payments at the bakery cash register when required; Support integration and orientation of new employees whenever necessary; Assist with related tasks as needed; Requirements **Minimum Academic Qualification:** Completed elementary education Valid health certificate **Additional Information:** 100% on-site position **Work Location:** Av. das Comunidades, 995 \- Centro, Gaspar \- SC **Working Hours:** 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM and 4:10 PM to 10:20 PM **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefit Plan Shopping Benefits at Group Stores Life Insurance * Position available for Persons with Disabilities (PCD)
