Job Summary: Responsible for all handling, organization, and cleaning activities within the warehouse department, from goods receipt to shipment dispatch, while controlling losses and waste. Managed by a multi-family administration, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for proper and organized handling of merchandise in the warehouse, from receipt through to dispatch, as well as for cleaning and organizing the warehouse area. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Assist in proper and organized merchandise handling in the warehouse, including receiving, sorting, and storing\-items in pre\-defined locations, following established workflows and standards; Assist in sorting merchandise by category and/or according to customer orders; Participate in inventory counts, including periodic and ad-hoc audits as required, by verifying merchandise quantities; Participate in loss prevention efforts by inspecting merchandise for damage, expiration dates, misplacements, shortages, and integrity issues; promptly report approaching product expiration dates to leadership; Monitor product or work material waste and report potential negligence to leadership, including packaging violations, theft, and other incidents; Ensure proper use and maintain organization of the workplace and equipment; Assist with related tasks as needed; Requirements **Minimum academic qualification:** Completed elementary education **Additional information:** 100% on-site position **Work location:** Coloninha \- Gaspar **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefit Program Shopping Discount Program (partner stores) Life Insurance Attendance Bonus Performance-Based Bonus * Position available for Persons with Disabilities (PCD)
