




Job Summary: Responsible for lead qualification, conducting strategic commercial outreach, and generating qualified opportunities through data analysis and automation—serving as the bridge between execution and commercial intelligence. MISSION Lead qualification and execution of strategic commercial outreach to ensure generation of qualified opportunities through data analysis, automation, personalized cadence customization, and technical support to the Sales team. Acts as the bridge between execution and commercial intelligence, contributing to pre-sales efficiency and increased conversion rates. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES * Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on fit and purchase potential criteria. * Conduct active prospecting with personalized outreach via e-mail, phone call, and WhatsApp. * Analyze engagement metrics and propose improvements to cadences and scripts. * Schedule qualified meetings and perform handoff to the Sales team, ensuring an efficient transition. * Generate reports and insights on funnel performance and lead quality. * Suggest and implement automation and improvements in pre-sales workflows. * Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize campaigns and align on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). REQUIREMENTS * Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields. * Proficiency in CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred) and automation tools. * Familiarity with Make, RD Station, Google Sheets, and Power BI is desirable.
