We offer services ranging from recruitment and selection to consulting in people management. **Responsibilities:** Answering phone calls and receiving visitors and customers in person with friendliness, promptness, and respect. Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable, stocked with all necessary office supplies. Scheduling third-party services such as building maintenance, general services, and landscaping. Organizing files and documentation. Receiving materials and informing the responsible person regarding their collection and delivery. Receiving carriers and verifying freight bills and delivered materials. Assisting carriers with material collection. Receiving, organizing, and distributing mail/deliveries daily. Maintaining office security by following security procedures and controlling access at the main entrance, among other duties pertinent to the role.
