RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage maritime and land import processes; * Obtain quotations for international freight, insurance, and customs services; * Issue and verify import documentation; update spreadsheets and area control systems; * Monitor customs clearance procedures with customs brokers and regulatory agencies; * Manage payments to foreign suppliers and international logistics service providers; * Track shipment, transit, and delivery deadlines to ensure production supply; * Analyze import costs (taxes, freight, fees, and storage); * Support the procurement and planning departments in feasibility studies for imports; * Ensure compliance with customs legislation and internal company policies. WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (with a 1-hour break).
