




Job Summary: Operate and monitor water treatment and boiler systems to ensure continuous, safe, and efficient industrial process operations. Key Highlights: 1. Operation and monitoring of water treatment plant (WTP) and boiler systems. 2. Conducting preventive inspections and maintaining industrial hygiene. 3. Responsibilities and Duties: * Operate and monitor water treatment plant (WTP) systems and boilers to ensure continuous, safe, and efficient process operations; * Collect water and effluent samples for analysis and quality control of treatment processes; * Prepare and dose chemical solutions used in water treatment, boiler, and cooling tower processes according to established operational parameters; * Record operational data, process indicators, and consumables usage, ensuring information traceability and activity control; * Operate boilers and their control devices to safely and efficiently meet the steam demand of production processes. * Perform preventive inspections on equipment, identify anomalies, and report maintenance requirements; * Clean hydrostatic screens, boilers, and WTP systems to maintain proper operating conditions and industrial hygiene; * Comply with occupational safety, quality, and environmental regulations, contributing to risk prevention and process sustainability; * Support routine operations and process control related to water treatment, steam generation, and industrial utilities. Requirements and Qualifications: * Completed elementary education; * Driver's license category B; * NR-13 training – Boiler Operation; * Availability to work the second shift.
