We are expanding and seeking talented individuals to further strengthen our team. **Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and monitor urban development and land subdivision projects, from the conceptual phase through final delivery of the project; * Define timelines, execution phases, and implementation strategies for infrastructure works (earthworks, drainage, paving, water and sewage networks, public lighting, among others); * Manage schedules, costs, and quality, ensuring compliance with budget and established goals; * Coordinate and supervise in-house and outsourced teams, ensuring proper field service execution; * Administer resources (labor, equipment, materials, and contracts), promoting operational efficiency; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and sound engineering practices; **Mandatory Requirements:** * Experience in Urban Development and Land Subdivisions; * Sienge; * Project; * AutoCAD. **Education:** Civil Engineering.
